UNBOUND

This series reflects a personal journey shaped by the belief that, in order to be loved or even accepted, I had to look beautiful—beautiful in the way society defines it: polished, styled, and always presentable. For years, I conformed—wearing makeup, choosing outfits carefully, doing my hair—not out of joy, but out of a quiet fear that being natural, being myself, wasn’t enough. These pressures weren’t just about beauty—they were about being seen as appropriate, worthy, lovable.

Now, I’m learning to let go of that narrative. I’ve always been drawn to the natural, but only recently have I allowed myself to live that truth without guilt, without apology. This series is a quiet celebration of that shift—a process of unlearning, of softening, of returning to who I was before the world told me how I had to appear. It’s about reclaiming love—not as something earned through appearance, but as something I can give to myself, just as I am.
